Account information
Venno stores your name, email, phone number, country, city, preferred language, and records of your terms acceptance. Your password is stored as a salted hash, not as readable text.
Location suggestions
Your IP address may be sent to ipwho.is to suggest a calling code, country, and city. This is approximate location, not GPS tracking. You can edit the suggestions. Your name, email, password, photo, and identity document are not sent to the location provider.
Verification documents
With your consent, Venno stores your photo and ID or passport to process your identity verification request. Files are encrypted at rest and kept outside public website storage. They are available to you through your authenticated account and for authorized identity review.
Sessions and security
An essential HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out invalidates that session. Security controls limit repeated registration, sign-in, and upload attempts.
Purpose and storage
Account information is used to operate your account and verification process. Verification submissions remain associated with your account while they are retained for identity review. Do not upload documents belonging to someone else.
